Bike guide conditions

The client has the right to have the excursions/tours booked.
Sport Gardena reserves the right to change the excursions/tours for safety and organisation reasons.
In case of guided tours, the client must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour.
The client assures to have been informed and to understand the difficulty level of the booked tour.
Sport Gardena is not responsable in case of accidents and injuries during the tours.
The customer is responsible for damages to the GPS device in case of accidents or inappropriate use.
Sport Gardena is not responsible in case of wrong navigation or failure of the GPS device.
Wearing helmet is mandatory during tours and test rides.
Sport Gardena reserves the right to cancel the tours in case of bad weather conditions. The customer will receive the full refund on his credit card or Pay Pal account.
Free cancellation up to 2 days before the tour start date with immediate refund to your account.
These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the Italian law and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country, even if the renter has his/her legal residence abroad.
With the online booking this agreement is valid and legally binding.
