The Transalper Hybrid Polartec® Alpha Jacket from Dynafit’s Athletic Mountaineering Line uses highly breathable Polartec® Alpha® insulation. This active insulation at the torso protects you from cold drafts and at the same time allows extra body warmth to escape during intense activity. This keeps your body comfortably dry and temperature-regulated even on longer, demanding mountain tours. The outer fabric of the jacket is wind- and water-resistant as well as abrasion-resistant so you can wear it as an outer layer for an ascent on most days. Laser perforations on the back offer additional ventilation. A stretch knit fabric on the sides and back offer extra freedom of movement. The jacket also features a close-fitting hood, thumb loops, and two front zip pockets. In addition, the jacket can be rolled up and completely packed away in an integrated stuff sack so it only takes up very little space in a pack when not being used.
